Cocktail Hour
Champagne, craft cocktails, and passed hors d'oeuvres while our wedding party takes photos in the garden.

Dinner & Dancing
A buffet dinner followed by toasts, first dances, and an open dance floor until late.

Please plan to be seated by 3:45 PM for the 4:00 PM ceremony. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to find your seat and say hello to other guests.
Black tie optional. We'd love to see you dressed to celebrate — floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women, tuxedos or dark suits for men. Please avoid all-white and ivory.
Yes! A complimentary shuttle runs from Hyatt Place Camarillo to the ranch at 3:30 PM, and returns at 11:15 PM and midnight. Simply meet in the hotel lobby. We recommend booking in our room block to take advantage of the shuttle.
Free parking is available on the ranch property. Please note that if you plan to drink, we strongly encourage using the shuttle or arranging a rideshare.

We truly don't need a thing. Your presence on our wedding day is the only gift we could want. No boxed gifts, please.
